The open plan living area has a full width window onto the private balcony. Blinds allow as much or as little light as you wish to fill the room. Two comfortable sofas with reclining mechanisms provide ample easy seating. Alternatively, you can step outside and take in the air and marvel at the 180 degree view which is exclusive to this apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities including induction hob, 4d oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washer dryer.

Both bedrooms have solid oak framed beds, one is a Kind size, the other is Queen size. Storage and hanging space is provided in both rooms along with mirrors. The beds are made up with washed and freshly pressed linens and towels are provided for each guest.

The bathroom has a combined bath shower plus a heated towel rail

We will provide an extensive list of safe parking locations. There is no parking allocation with the apartment.

The holiday apartment is on the top floor of a building which was built 100 years before lifts were invented: you will have to climb stairs.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere indoors.  Although discouraged, it is permissible on the balcony.
